Gather. Explore. Survive the Night.

You awaken alone in a dark wilderness. Search for food, gather wood, light a fire, and build shelter before nightfall. Every resource matters, and every decision could mean the difference between survival and death.

Build. Grow. Thrive.

Find other survivors and transform a humble campsite into a thriving settlement. Research new technologies, craft better tools, and expand into the unknown in search of the resources needed to secure your future.

Form Parties. Explore Ruins. Recover Lost Knowledge.

Train survivors into adventurers and send them into ancient ruins filled with monsters and forgotten treasures. Recover rare resources, uncover lost technologies, and equip your expedition teams to overcome ever greater challenges.

Liberate. Reclaim. Restore the World.

Grow your settlement into a kingdom and venture beyond your borders to reclaim the last bastions of humanity. Push back the darkness, rebuild civilization, and shape the future of a fallen world.

OSIR

--

OSIR is an in-development browser-based old-school adventure and kingdom-building RPG inspired by MUDs, classic dungeon crawlers, and the old D&D Gold Box games. It combines exploration, settlement management, city-building inspired by Civilisation, and incremental progression inspired by games such as Candy Box, A Dark Room, and Kittens Game, creating a unique blend of survival, strategy, and adventure.

OSIR is currently being redeveloped and is planned to return to Itch.io later this year. The upcoming demo will focus on single-player survival, worker management, and settlement building. Adventurer management and dungeon exploration are planned for Phase 2, with kingdom-building and world reclamation arriving in Phase 3.
